Hello!

I believe the courageous step of exploring therapy can create healing, foster growth, and lead to a changed life. As a trauma therapist, bearing witness to each individual’s unique story has sparked a passion in me to create safety with those who have been robbed of their security. During treatment, reparenting and restoring attachment needs are central to the work I do with clients.

As a marriage and family therapist, I approach my sessions from a systemic, attachment-based framework tailored to the individual client’s needs. In my work at The Meadows, I also received extensive guidance in Pia Melody’s Post Induction Therapy model, which focuses on healing the inner child to get back to a place of believing in one’s inherent value and worth.
